Before Asking for Help

1. Check the Documentation - Most common questions are answered here
2. Search Previous Issues - Someone might have had the same problem
3. Review the FAQ - Common questions and solutions
4. Check Discord History - Search for similar discussions

When Asking for Help

Provide the following information:

System Information

• ICC version
• Kubernetes version
• Node.js version (for applications)
• Cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, on-premises)

Problem Description

• What you’re trying to achieve
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Error messages (full stack traces)

Configuration

• Relevant configuration files (sanitize secrets!)
• Environment variables
• Helm values (if using Helm)

Logs

• ICC pod logs
• Application logs
• Kubernetes events

Example Help Request

**Environment:**

- ICC Version: v2.1.3
- Kubernetes: 1.28
- Cloud: AWS EKS
- Node.js: 20.11.0

**Problem:**
Applications are not appearing in the ICC dashboard after deployment.

**Expected:**
Applications should appear within 1-2 minutes of deployment.

**Actual:**
No applications visible after 30 minutes.

**Configuration:**

```yaml
PLT_ICC_URL: https://icc.example.com
PLT_APP_NAME: my-app
```

Logs:

[ERROR] Failed to connect to ICC: ECONNREFUSED

What I’ve tried:

1. Verified PLT_ICC_URL is correct
2. Checked network policies
3. Restarted ICC pods
